The Big Cheese
Doug Kotecki, the muscle behind this operation, has been in the safety industry for the past several years, so rest assured he knows his lanyards! He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in making people laugh and continues to use that energy in the safety business. He is also a connoisseur of Chinese buffets, plays the guitar, and is the acting President of the Madison Mushroom Club (Morels anyone?)

The Little Cheese
Connie Kotecki, although she shares the same last name with Doug, they do not share the same bed. Connie enjoys fresh flowers, candlelit dinners, and long walks on the beach... oh wait this isn't her dating profile, sorry. At Fall Protection Pros.com, she provides some creative juice behind the scenes and helps Doug with just about anything he asks her to do... except waxing his back hair. Outside of the safety business, she likes to exercise, craft, and spend time with family and friends. Oh and she's pretty cute too.
