This anchor plate is designed to be permanently bolted to concrete and other structures. Set it and forget it. It's ideal for locations of frequent use, where portable bases are impractical or just plain dumb.

* Mounting surface must be within 15 degrees of horizontal so that the portable fall-arrest mast can be leveled for use
